DGAI Retained By Gads Hill Center to Find CEO

David Gomez and Associates, an Executive Recruiting Firm based in Chicago,  is proud to announce a new partnership with Gads Hill Center, a nonprofit community organization that provides educational programming to children lacking the traditional means to attain an education. Gads Hill Center is doing some incredible things in it's community and David Gomez and Associates is thrilled to be able to partner with them to assist in the succession planning of a new CEO. David Gomez and Associates will be leading the executive search for a new CEO to replace Barbara Castellán who has served the organization since 1993. In an effort find a successful leader that will carry forth the long term goals for the organization, David Gomez and Associates will seek out the best and the brightest talent to step into leadership at Gads Hill Center. Gads Hill Center serves families in the Chicago neighborhoods of Pilsen, North Lawndale, Little Village, and Back of the Yards with programming that provides learning support and educational enrichment, early childhood development, and out-of-school care for children. The families assisted by Gads Hill include those who have found that other educational services fail to meet their needs, may be ineligible for other programs, or who have found the traditional support of parents, extended family and peers to be inadequate. The key to Gads Hill Center's programming is the comprehensive support system in a safe and nurturing environment that focuses on developing skills that will help children and teens be successful throughout their lives.
