DG&A Client Spotlight: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

David Gomez and Associates was recently retained by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to enrich the candidate pool for the position of an Associate Director of Housing Business Services. The Associate Director of U of I will assume a strategic role in the overall financial and human resources management of University Housing. As a key member of the Housing Executive Team, the Associate Director of Housing for Business Services will be responsible for leading, planning, managing, and directing the business operations of university-owned and operated undergraduate, graduate, family, and apartment housing, a $100 million department which employs over 600 full-time staff and 1000 student employees.

Throughout October and November DG&A worked alongside the University to bring forth a pool of qualified candidates that contained the specific qualifications that the Univiversity was looking for.
