Over the past 30 years, Gomez and his team have assisted organizations -- spanning the Fortune 500 to government agencies and non-profit organizations -- with tough-to-fill assignments. The firm leverages unparalleled expertise in federal, state and local government; utility, banking; consumer; and healthcare sectors.
Dr. Lehman holds a B.A. degree in communications, M.A. degree in organizational anthropology and a Ph.D. in medical anthropology. She has combined extensive corporate communications experience, research, and corporate needs analyses to help organizations in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors identify and address such workforce issues as employee development, financial literacy, retirement planning, family care-giving responsibilities and needs, diversity and inclusion, and organizational change..jpg)
As the Director of Recruiting, Christopher leads the recruiting teams for all projects at DG&A. Christopher brings an expertise in building diverse candidate pipelines and has successfully spearheaded the development of diverse executive talent pipelines for multiple clients in each sector the firm services.
