· Point person in Request for Proposals: Creation, Administration, & Tracking.
· Lead new search “strategy sessions” and update meetings with research and recruiting associates.
· Screen candidates, conduct “live” interviews, and compose summaries on behalf of candidates.
· Consult clients during kick off meetings, search strategy/implementation, and candidate on boarding.
· Present summary of candidate qualifications to client and provide consulting services in choosing final candidate.
· Compose & present final search summary.
· Provide clients with results of search strategy implementation over the course of the negotiated search timeline.
· Lead recruiting team’s efforts in recruiting passive candidates through networking and cold calling.
· Drive development of competitive target lists and search strategy.
· Act as a search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
· Act as a pioneer of recruiting methods to continue to improve / broaden resources.
